"My daughters purchased a Runtz Watermelon on New Years day. It quit working on January 3rd. Notified the store and they said they don't exchange products no matter what the reason. Told me that I am just out the money. So I have a filled vape that is useless. Great customer service. Go somewhere else that backs the products they sell."
