"No refund… No exchange… the owner don’t care about your feelings at all… he will look at you like so idc now what, so disrespectful… Sad because you can b buying a gift and may need to exchange for a different size smh… what’s the point of giving a receipt… People spend to much money to b treated this way… Only giving TWO STARS because they do have some nice items…"
"Went to this store off of recommendation, NEVER AGAIN. Spent over $100 getting my son some shoes, and wanted to return, not even 24hrs, and guy over phone said "naw" lol. There's professionalism for you. Had receipt, shoes still in bag and no refund. Staff looked uninterested and no help. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! You've been warned...."
"I brought air force one all white and some pink biker jeans they clearly saw me on the camera buying the things the pants were too tight so I returned them I lost receipt but showed him on my phone through chase app so he looks at the camera and sees my purchase and still treated me like a thief had to argue to get exchange when I did I felt like i was getting treated like a thief keep your money black people and keep going to roseland because all black people are not thieves don't have a store in our community and treat us like thieves if your store was in buck town and you treated them like that the store would be gone wake up stop spending you money in places where they dont value you as a customer"
