"I only gave them 1 star because they answered the phone. The office manager that works here is one of the rudest people I have ever had a phone conversation with. She was completely rude to my mother and when I asked questions she cuts me off and won't let me finish. Very condescending and verbally combative. I wonder is it only to the black patients? I will be filing a complaint. Most DEFINITELY!!!!"
"I have been seeing Dr Hope for a few years. I am a diabetic and he takes such good care of my feet. He is very professional, caring, and a compassion Dr. He also takes care of my cousins feet. We are very satisfied with our services."
"Both my sons were seen by Dr.Hope for ingrown nails. I was very impressed by the staff and doctor. I was amazed how fast I got them an appointment and we were seen very quickly when we arrived. The care my sons were provided we excellent. Would recommend Riverside Podiatry to anyone needing foot care."
"I went to have a plantar's wart removed and made it known that I've had multiple doctors cut and freeze the wart and the wart remained. When I went to Riverside Podiatry he said he'd cut out the wart. I was nervous because cutting out a wart on the bottom of the foot must be painful. Well he numbed it great and I didn't feel a thing. My mom who's a nurse was there with me and knew throughout the procedure something was off. He never actually cu t out the wart! He just cut around it and put some chemical on it. He DIDN'T even remove it! The wound healed quickly because he didn't actually do anything, a week later I went for my checkup pissed that it's still there. He looked at it and was shocked that it was still there and said to come back in a week. I will NOT be returning. The floors were nasty dirty the table I sat on had other peoples skin and toe nails stuck in the cracks. It was a waste of time, money, and the pain of walking around with a half-done procedure on my foot. I'm going to a new podiatrist."
"Dr. Hope did a bunionectomy for me in February, 2017. I could not be more pleased. I can walk without pain and, in fact, enjoy all of my normal activities. I had endured the pain in that foot for so long that I had accepted it as normal. I was so surprised to be pain free. I highly recommend that you check with him before you make a long drive to Birmingham."
