"We have used H&R Block for years. We recently moved to Alabama, so first time using this H&R Block. We had to wait over an hour from our scheduled time. We felt pressured to just do a drop off as we were asked multiple times. Both my wife and I had to take off of work for this appointment and there was no way we were just gonna leave. We had already lost money from taking off of work, and then to have to wait over an hour just doesnt sit right with me. I personally felt like my business just wasnt very important and felt like I was being dismissed. We finally got hour taxes done, took over 2 hours from the scheduled time, but at least they are done. The office was nice as well as the people there. But overall, not a great first experience there, and definitely not what we have come to expect from H&R Block. If we get our returns without issue, Im willing to give them another shot next year."
