"It's is thiefs and crooks will take your money every paycheck but when it's time to pay up they make it difficult go to hell government"
"They double billed me for my tax return and overdraft my account. They did not return the money that they stole. I tried calling, but they hung up the phone on me. My local tax office refused to help me."
"This is a sham of a help offer. You can’t get a call answered to make an appointment. You can’t go to speak to someone without an appointment. But if you go by the office that is “too busy to see you without an appointment “, they have no one but them there. The IRS doesn’t care someone is using your info (or in my case my child’s who can’t use the verification site bc she is a minor so what good is it?). Meanwhile I have to worry that someone is out there racking up fraudulent debt in her name bc they WILL use it against her later. She will be held accountable even tho she is a kid. They won’t care that they kept stonewalling me at every turn to fix this quickly. What a joke. Why bother having a “taxpayers assistance office” that does nothing?"
"My 2019 return has not been processed. It has a status as of this date, February 8, 2021, your return is being processed. Of course this blocked me from receiving the $600 stimulus issued the end of 2020; and will block any future stimulus payments. It is time for 2020 taxes to be filed. A pre-recording does not handle the matter. It is time for a live person to answer questions!!!!!!!!!!! Automation does not settle everything."
"In all my years I have never had an issue with the IRS and the way they handle business. When we, as a country, received our first stimulus check, I received it hassle free. I just checked this morning 5 Jan 2021 and instead of sending my check to the same account as my last one it says it would, it is showing that it was sent to some account # I don't know even know. I have asked around to some friends and colleagues to see if they or anyone they know have experienced anything similar. Low and behold out of 5 people asked 2 are in the same boat. Also, there already is a FAQ prepared on their site staying if this happened to you staying they will NOT change it, that you have to claim it on your traces instead. How can you screw up sending it out a second check to an account when you already have the account info from the first? I needed that money now not later. Claiming it on my taxes means it will most likely prolong my return on top of that - GREAT. This is the reward for being a responsible taxpaying citizen...smh."
