"I love Dr. Brown Jones SO MUCH! I had her as my pediatrician. She was soft, gentle, understanding, and really took the time to address my needs and concerns. I felt so comfortable when I was around her and she assured me in moments that I felt that my health was going downhill. Now that I am an adult, I can't see her anymore. I had a hard time with letting her go as my doctor :(. I stop by to visit her when I have the chance. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a well-grounded and professional pediatrician doctor. Miss you Dr. Brown Jones! :)"

"Dr. Brown-Jones was exceptionally cold and rude, and she completely lacked compassion with my daughters during our visit. She did not provide patient-centered care, nor did she make any attempt to invite my daughters to be partners in their own care. She was only interested in what HER goals were and what boxes SHE needed to check. As this was our first visit in her office, she failed to even pretend to identify their needs or goals for the visit. She did not try to build rapport. One of my daughters, a 12 year old, declined a request to disrobe for her appointment. Instead of conversing about her concerns or offering care alternatives, Dr, Brown-Jones brow beat my child with information about how important disrobing is for THE DOCTOR to do HER job. Then she proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t like the way she runs clinic, we could go elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement. We will NEVER return, and I’d NEVER recommend this RUDE, POMPOUS provider to serve anyone."

"Everyone was very nice. We went to the wrong building and ended up being late for my daughter's appt. They still fit my daughter in and also spent time talking with us, making us both feel comfortable for our first visit with Dr Brown-Jones. EVERYONE was very helpful, including the guy at the professional building who helped get us a shuttle to get to the correct building"
