"This Dr's office will do you dirty. What they did to me was foul and unethical. I am filing a report with the A M A, and Alabama Board Of Medical Examiners. This Dr. will smile in your face then send his staff to do his dirty work for him. He is "SHADY" I would give NO star but they make you give at least one... consider yourself warned!"

"I am a current patient here and I trust Doctor Barco and the nurse practioners. They genuinely listen to what I have to say and I feel like they really consider my best interests. On my last appointment I was in the exam room waiting for rhe nurse practioner and i was in the room close to the reception desk. I could over hear the office staff answer phone calls. One of the girls was so rude to the patients that were calling. Also when she put them on hold she was mocking them and laughing. This happened with 2 phone calls. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. It was sad. I am disappointed. Please do better. You don't know what is truly going on with someone."
