"I would give this place 0 stars for their service as landlords. I stayed at their South Street location with my newborn child and it was always freezing cold in the house, I had to buy 2 space heaters just to keep us warm. This was all due to the windows not closing all the way. When we looked at the apartment the lady told us that maintenance would come work on them, and when maintenance did come they said they weren't able to fix them because the building was historic and had to be kept the same?! So my baby and I were supposed to freeze through the winter I guess? The was a walk in closet with a window too and that actually had a hole in the window, they did fix that but not for a few weeks into us living there. Let me tell you, I didn't use that room at all because the amount of stink bugs in there was ridiculous! When I decided to move out(early) they decided that they were going to charge me a whole years lease instead of the usual early termination fee. I understand that is completely legal for them to do but is it morally right? I don't think so. With all of this being said, I would not recommend anyone live under this management."
