"We’ve been here a few years and last year someone moved under us that smokes cigarettes underneath us in their building. We’ve complained about it for months because of the respiratory problems it’s causing all of us. We’ve been in and out of the doctors. The medical bills are now piling up and our 7 year old has cancer. They said there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s ridiculous and absurd. It was a nice place to live until these guys moved in downstairs."
