"I lived at this property for 5 years and can’t say enough wonderful things about the place. Maintenance is always quick to respond to anything Big or small. And while I never had any big issues, I never waited more than a day for the small ones. Management is absolutely wonderful and they take great pride in what they do. They are always a joy to deal with. Kurtis and Bryce are just the sweetest. I have recommended several friends and family members to the community, and I myself would not be leaving if I did not have to relocate for work. If I ever moved back to the area, I will definitely be moving back to Madison Flatts!"
