"I would give them no stars if I could. I moved into one of their properties in Crawfordville in June and started having electrical issues about 2 to 3 months later. I was unable to use my appliances at the same time, my fridge would run and my stove or furnace wouldn't have enough power to run, i went two months like this I was unable to even make a pot of coffee, My furnace went out and they left me without heat for 3 days and it took the city involved before they would do anything. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!"

"They manipulate your lease. Rent out terribly dirty nasty apartments when I moved in white floor was black with other rentals old nasty furniture. They don't give back the deposits. They don't even deserve one star. Oh yea and if you call them to confront them about why you are not getting your deposit back they never call you back but Montgomery Co Sheriff does with false claims like for example one of them was that I harassed them. To be honest how calling one time nicely end up with cops saying I am harassing. If you ask for copy of your lease they wont send it to you like there trying hide something. This is the ultimate slum loard."

"I had a house fire dire need to find living quick. They had apartments close to my hotel room. I have told them about my tragedy and they never call me back. When I finally got someone in the office they were rude and unwilling to help me or talk with me."
