"Roaches, mice, no maintenance. Washers been broken for two months. Sink leaks. Had 5" slugs living under the sink cabinets. Quick to take your money but nothing after that. The maintenance man even said this apartment should have never been rented. They say they'll call you back but never do. Wish I could post videos on here."

"BK Management discriminates against war vets. They take advantage of them first then file a letter to force them out before the end of lease. And in the process they get them kicked off HUD while doing this. HUD asks for clarification and they ignore it to make sure he gets kicked off. They send this letter to vacate to an email that they know is not his real email as a sneaky way to force him out. After finally getting access to his ledger I found where they stole money out of his payment account by putting fake fees on there. They do this without the person’s knowledge. I have proof of this. They have been very discriminatory towards him and not accommodating to his disability. People need to know what kind of company they are dealing with if you ever think of renting from them. "Do not rent from this company as they allow bed bugs to be infested in their properties. A lawyer is being contacted as this has now costed me 2 500 dollar bed for my child. It's pretty sad when you walk into home depot to buy bed bug spray they already no it's from BK Management Secondly BK Management wanted to obtain my child's information when he's a minor they have no right when he's a guest an not a tenant. You will not be able to sell that building if I have anything to do with it. It's time yall are held accountable"
