"The lady that runs the front office (michelle) of this establishment is nothing short of extremely unprofessional and mouthy. i run a business and contacted them for business matters and not only received terrible attitude but was also cussed at. i am reporting them to their corporate office and suggest that NO ONE apply to this incredibly run down and unprofessional facility."

"I lived here for 2 years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I lived here because of a "have to" situation. The apartment manager is always very rude and spiteful. She gossips about one tenant to the next. The place is run down and falling apart. The maintenance man says he can't do this or that because the apartment manager refuses to approve him to get the materials to fix anything. I was supposed to have new carpet in my apartment before move in and it didn't happen. There was mold under the carpet. It took having a statement from doctor that my child was very allergic to mold, and threatening to have health department get involved to get new carpet. The apartment manager used racial terms to refer to my biracial children and has no problem yelling and cussing at any tenant who dares mention her being unprofessional or even asks for maintenance to come work on their apartment. She also cussed at the children if they get to close or in her way on the sidewalk. Beware! Not a pleasant place to live! I was harrassed for 8 months or more by office manager before finally deciding to give up and move and rid myself of the stress from that decreped apartment complex. All because my children are half arab. Good luck if you apply for an apartment there!"

"The first time we went there, the excuse was the front office lady had to leave before 3 PM and told us she "didn't have time" to show us the inside of one of the places for rent. The second (and last) time we went there, said the maintenance guys had the keys so could not show us the inside of one. She also mentioned she would be there until 5 PM, so we grabbed an application filled out 6-8 pages of detailed papers. So we make it back around 3 PM (before 5 PM) and she had already left. What a joke. Good luck to anyone that ever thinks about applying there."
