"Not a good place to live. Parking is ridiculous!! When I moved in, I was given a parking sticker, well, doesn't matter, everyone parks in our lot, and never gets towed. 2 pets allowed per unit, lady next to me has 4. Nobody checks! Cops are here almost every weekend. Constant noise. Rude people, no adult supervision for kids.too many people in 1 apartment, again nobody checks! Manager is is nice, but doesn't manage I'm praying to move out soon."
"I have rented at Colonial Courts for several years. Our office manager has always been there to help with any needs you may have. Colonial Courts maintenance man Oscar stays on top of repairs and up keep of the grounds and apartments. Above and beyond. 5 stars given by me and I recommend renting here!"
"I think it is a great 1st time moving out of parents house apartment for someone in their late teens,early 20's. Kitchen is very outdated looking. Counter tops painted over in the kitchen(never saw that before). Kind of small to raise a family in long term. Type of place you stay for a year,pay your rent on time (for good rental history) and move to a better Apartment Complex. Great location to Downtown Valpo and the University if thats your thing."
"I delivered the Vidette Messenger to these apartments in the 1970'. The first complex was called Park Terrace and the second were called townhhouses. The next apartments near the creek were not built until later. Chicago street never was put through back then. I moved into Park Terreace apartments in 1977-8 until I left for college at Purdue. I always missed these apartments. As a kid I played in the woods which later would become Krogers then 3D."
