Golfview Apartments

"The apartment is okay and the area is nice, but the cause that makes living here irritating is the management staff. While they come and get service requests done that I've written to them, they always take FOREVER to get stuff done no matter what needs to get fixed and/or looked at. Ever since moving to Golfview, they are never true to their word when I am told when they will arrive and take care of things for our apartment. They always seem to have some kind of excuse for why things are taking so long to get fixed and checked whenever I call and ask them what the deal is, and I've called for problems and fixture requests 4-5 times in the span of living here for under 2 years. The management has no respect for the issues that occurred during our time here and clearly don't care about the problems. Honestly, there needs to be new management."

"Growing up in foster care, always jumping from place to place made it a struggle for me to consider calling somewhere home. Golf view has changed that perspective. These well kept apartments on this beautiful golf course has really been a stepping stone in my life. The management team is really kind and try their best to accommodate all the residents needs. Within 15 minutes walking distance is beautiful downtown Valparaiso filled with shops and restaurants. Even closer (15- 10 min) is YMCA, Anytime fitness, and strack and vantil. All paved with side walks and nature trails to wherever your destination might be."

"Great apartments and great staff, Jane is absolutely wonderful to deal with, she trys so hard to make things happen, and she succeeds 100% of the time, this management company makes things happen, would recommend to anyone. Price is great especially for what you are getting."

"I lived at Golfview for 6 and a half years. I would have given 1 star if the past management staff was still there because everything that everyone has wrote about was true. Since the old staff is gone things have started to improve. Management now is way better and actually nice and thoughtful! Once i get back on my feet financially I hope to move back."

"I lived there with my fiance and the management staff needs to be fired. They didn't salt our sidewalk until I fell, they lie to your face, and stuff their faces during business hours. Totally unprofessional. When we finally got to move out they did some sort of black light test that let them charge 600 bucks for new carpeting...you better believe we didn't get new carpet upon move in. The apartment we lived in smelled like smoke--we're not smokers! They barely cleaned it upon our move in and left a huge mess in the bathroom that we cleaned....just paint dust everywhere. They didn't respond timely to anything. This place would be nice, upper management just needs to come in and clean house. Til then, I can't recommend this place to anyone."
