Andover Park Apartments

"Both the Brittany's in the office were extremely helpful. I have no bad things to say about the customer service. And not a bad community. Likewise, I was walked a unit that did not look bad. However, the day I go to see my unit, that at the time was not walk-through ready, I found it was very much different from the layout I saw. The main difference is that my bathroom had a drop ceiling with dead bugs above it. It resembled an insane asylum. Everything had been painted over. These apartments are extremely old, mold growing in the cabinets, I found mouse traps in my cabinets, and 2 days into my move in there were roaches. Also, the apartments have an odd smell. They do have a washer/dryer available to the unit but half the time the washer/dryer was broken. Also, during the winter my bill would be extremely expensive as the sliding glass door is not well insulated. You could actually see the wind move my blinds at times. For the prices they are charging you could find something better."

"Lived here for over a year. It’s close to downtown Valparaiso, close to the high school, very quiet, and friendly/helpful staff. I felt very very safe at this location!! Definitely older apartments and not updated, however, I knew that moving in. There is a pool, playground, tennis court, & lots of open land to walk dogs too. Maintenance comes to help quick when you need them. Only negative thing is the smell of the building I was in, you can tell it’s very old. Candles and air fresheners do the job. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Andover Park."

"Moved from Texas to Valpo back in Feb 2021. Brittany Bishop was extremely helpful during my time there, which unfortunately was cut short. Took great care of any issues that came up. Truly felt like a home away from home. The front office staff in general is amazing. Very approachable and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I were to ever move back!"

"I have been a tenant here for almost 2 years with 0 negative experiences. It is very clean, everyone that lives here is respectful, maintenance is quick and reliable. Above that though are the property manager and assistant property manager Brittany and Brittany. They are the sweetest, kindest, most caring people and have helped me every single step of the way with smiles on their faces. From applying , to renewing lease to any personal issues I have ever had they are there to help not just me but every single tenant or applicant here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could."
