"My apartment is wonderful. Love it. Quiet, neighbors are nice. Maintenance be on top of things such as maintaining our sidewalks with salt. Only thing I suggest is assigning parking spots to units then spots that are open would be for guests. Sometimes I'm not able to park in front of my bldg."
