"Loved staying here! My fiancé and I have stayed in quite a few hotels, and I have to say, this is one of the cutest we have stayed at! The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel seemed really clean and kept up. The whole place was visually stunning. I don’t usually sleep very well at hotels, but staying here was surprisingly comfortable for me, it felt “homey”. We did go visit the rooftop restaurant/bar! My fiancé got a rum cake and said he really enjoyed it. I ordered a drink. The drink was very good, the bartender and our server were both amazing and very kind. The vibes were classy/welcoming/chill. All around, we had a fantastic time and decided we will be back again!!! Note: parking (when we went) was at Star Banks parking garage, across from the hotel…"

"This was a wonderful place to stay, we had a great time from checking in till checking out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with neat furniture/ features and style. Makes you feel very relaxed ready to have a good day. The front desk team members had great personalities and were very helpful. The valet staff was awesome as well. The coffee shop make great drinks and same with the main bar downstairs. The restaurant was a little slow for food but the meals tasted great. Staff were very nice and helpful again. The gym was nice and had what you needed to get a good workout in. Overall I would for sure stay here again and thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Lovely hotel but not designed for the business traveler. No coffee in room, no iron in room. Coffee bar in the lobby doesn’t open until 7 am. I can’t function without my eye opening cuppa Joe!!! Have to request a room refresh (only 2 bath towels provided for a 4 night stay). That room refresh didn’t get me a clean water glass (only one glass provided in room). Lovely for a vacation visit, but I won’t be back next time I’m here working."

"My room is nice with a nice sized TV. I walked and grabbed dinner and had a lot of options. The service though? Incredible. All of the staff was courteous but Randy was exceptional. He not only went above and beyond to help me but was really personable. I was happy with my room so far during my stay but make no mistake, people like Randy motivated me to write this review"

"Overall we had a nice experience. Upon arrival, everyone was super nice & attentive. The rooftop bar is nice & the drinks were excellent! We had a king balcony room, which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The room was clean, however, upon pulling out the chair to the desk we discovered a previous guest had left some makeup behind on the chair, which housekeeping must have overlooked. The bed & pillows were great! The room was soundproof other than outside traffic noise. The on site coffee shop was really good! The biggest cons about the room are the bathroom floor isn’t heated & there is no full length mirror provided. We will return again in the future."
