"not worth your time or money. total waste of time. landlord are clueless and dont listen to any request and are very rude and nasty to there tenants. If you live here you might as well do maintence your self office takes forever and or lies. Rent is to high for the junk this neighboorhood is."

"Houses look nice on the outside but inside they didn't add any prime to the paint on the walls, it starts to chip and come up throughout the days. our garage door opener has been a little buggy here and there but the chain just totally came off it the other day. Back sliding screen door is always jammed in the bottom and results in us having to just take the door off to get outside. Very cheaply made for the cost they are asking for. Management will do anything to get a dime out of you even take advantage of the desperate ones needing a place to stay. Brunette lady in the leasing office is rude and unprofessional to say the least if you ever have a complaint about something take it to someone else otherwise you will be met with passive aggressive remarks and nothing will get resolved. Overall a house over the head is what we needed and this is what we got if it wasn't for the compliments from my peers id had looked elsewhere."

"They look cute outside and leasing agent is nice. Very cheaply made inside. Cabinet doors don't close all the way and flooring not done correctly. They do not treat for insects (and there are tons), from spiders to silverfish, springtails and black beetles. I had to call orkin and pay for the service on my own. The rent is way too high for these "upscale" apartments. Go elsewhere!"

"The houses are cute but cheap and poorly constructed. They don’t spray the property for bugs so ours is filled with spiders. The whole property is covered in trash, our yard always has debris in it from when they did construction and when they mow, it just spreads the debris around even more. The grass won’t grow in because they keep mowing over the mesh and hay in the yard, just shredding the mesh everywhere. The landlord doesn’t respond to complaints or requests and will not accommodate for you if you need something but instead will do anything to work against you. Definitely not a place that even remotely cares about their residents. Just another greedy apartment complex that will find any way to get a dime out of you and profit off of basic human needs."
