"Now this place seemed promising at first when me and my family moved in. Since then we've had a neighbor break our window and go off Scott free via the management company and the office and our neighbors despite a formal complaint continue to park over lines blocking up parking spaces unnecessarily, pound and bang along the walls at all hours of day or night and now play music at a volume with which I can hear them more than my own TV but a couple feet from me. I've lived in a couple places with some horrible neighbors but at least they properly handle problems like this while either cym or the actual leasing office acts blind and oblivious to it. Will be looking for a new home after this and avoiding cym in the same process. As the apartment owners say to contact the office about this further there was a police report and ive sent complaints to the office as mentioned above about said neighbors and nothings been done nothings been sent out. Don't say you want to make a positive environment and then sit and do nothing while inexcusable things are happening and the office and property management continue to do nothing. Make this a welcoming environment for all and make proper changes or sit back and continue to do nothing as I've witnessed in my almost tragic year in this complex. Again this has made it to where my family and me wish to pick up and leave to hopefully a much better complex that won't allow such things to stand."

"I Never have a parking spot. I Have to park in another court if I'm not home by 7pm. Which is crazy If you stay in a townhouse an we pay more (Which we do) we should have assigned parking. I'm just saying"
