Who to contact is a revolving door and you're hitting the lottery if someone is actually at the office. very easily the worst living experience I've had. You get what you pay for here. Don't bother."

"Hello, I just have a question ?? ?? How can we get lights out side our apartment buildings ? We don't have lights and it very dark at night. I am tired of using flashlights from my phone. I brought a lantern to sit outside my door. Do anyone know how we can get lights so i can see to get in my door at night. The entire complex on the right side of the building is out and has been for months. Please help. We don't feel safe here."

"I had an appointment time I was there 10 minutes early waited till 10:15 after no one showed up no one was in the office first impression is a lasting impression, I was looking forward to seeing some of the nice apartments that they posted online."

"0 stars if I could. I used to love this place but sadly it has gone downhill with the new management. We scheduled a tour of bluffton park and the lady was almost 30 minutes late. Then the office was closed for renovations, so she said she would send us the application. We had to contact them 3 times for them to send it, it was $50 per person. Then we applied and didn’t hear any thing back for over a week. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phones, texts, or emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and she was so rude. Told us “our application wasn’t filled out right” and said she needed a copy of our social security cards. I’ve lived at 4 apartments and not one have ever asked for a copy of my SS card. So weird. Then when I told her I don’t have a card she rudely said “well you’ll have to go to the social security office and get one printed” Long story short, don’t waste your time here. They are unprofessional and will waste your time. UPDATE- REALLY don’t live here. They called us saying a lady got fired because she was trying to steal social security numbers. (That’s why she asked for our physical card) And then we’ve called for the last 3 days and they’ve just been giving up the ring around. “We will see if you can be approved for a 3 bedroom” 2 days later, now all of a sudden they don’t have 3 bedrooms at the site. Like this is ridiculous at this point. Theses people are literally a JOKE. RUN FROM THIS PLACE."

"Do not move here. Management and maintenance are a joke. We got into our apartment at the start of 2022 almost a month after our original move in date. My washer and dryer have been broken since before Christmas, the trash on the property is awful, they received a violation from the city last summer for over grown grass, my roommate and I still have not gotten an updated lock like the rest of the residents here, and they will “process” your maintenance requests but hardly ever respond to them. Then they had the nerve to message my roommate and ask why we have decided to move out. And to top it all off they are raising the rent. Do not move here."
