"The staff is friendly, helpful, and I never had a problem with them. My beef is with the owners and the company that called themselves "updating" the units. Lazy paint job and literally human feces left in a newly renovated apartment for $860?! Trust I got pictures. I got my keys from someone who didn't even work in the office. Pretty much all stove tops fall and move out of place. The little laundry mat they have the machines are disgusting and expensive. Overall it's quite there 50% of time and it's somewhere to stay. Over priced the quality."

"Nia Smith is the most kind hearted and caring office manager I have ever encountered. She takes time to explain everything you need to know in full detail with no points missed. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and speaks in a very respectful manner. Living here is one of the best decisions o could have made. One I couldn’t and wouldn’t have done without Nia Smith!"

"Emanuel Grubbs (Bud) is my favorite maintenance man! He's so positive with a bubbly personality. He gets the job done & right & knows how to conversate while working. Usually maintenance men come in and seem grouchy or unhappy, but not Bud. He's always got something funny to say & has great spirit. His pants are always pulled up, too. Haha. No crack in my house."

"The young lady in the front office, I believe her name was Nia or Bria. She was so sweet! She gave us our tour on time and in a timely manner and was able to answer any questions we had. We ended up choosing elsewhere to stay but her customer service was so impactful I felt the need to come back and write a review. This process has been hard for us and simply being kind goes a long way. That girl deserves a raise!"
