"Super friendly staff and great neighbors. Lived here 3 months and recommend to anyone, especially if you can get a remodeled unit. My friend and I both feel totally safe walking alone at night too. I moved here from Queens. update august 2016: Living there about a year and a half and crime has become insane. I myself have gotten my car broken into and my friend who also lives there has had worse done to hers. seriously going to consider moving unless something is done to stop the sudden influx in crime. update after moving out in 2021: It wasn't that bad but it is pretty expensive. my electric bill for my studio was around $150/mo with air and heat. where I moved to it's $50-75 and I'm renting a 2 bedroom (and I'm now in nys, I use energy star rated everything when I can and my rent covers heat and hot water in this state) maintenence guys were nice, but a lot should have been replaced in that apartment before I moved in (ac was wired wrong, carpet was end of life and really gross after 5 years.. just threadbare and embarrassing) my friend texted me they jacked the rent, make sure you CHECK EVERYTHING upon move in!! I don't think its worth the new rate. (my studio was $550 in 2015, rent went up 30/yr) thanks for the 5,000 views !!"

"This place is super nice! The staff are very friendly and Lisa is very helpful and goes above and beyond. I am not a resident yet but very much appreciate how much Lisa has helped me through the application process and gone above and beyond! Highly recommend Lisa! Also think it’s a safe apartment complex and in a prime location! Update: I’ve lived here for almost a year and since Covid I know everyone has been short staffed but maintenance takes a very long time to get to requests and most times it’s done with poor quality so it’s a temporary fix. I also have requests of things that where wrong before I moved in that still haven’t been fixed fully. Overall I like the apartment complex it’s very quite and a good location. If having things fixed in a timely manner is important to you I would consider a different complex. Sometimes you can hear neighbors through the walls especially when the shower or water is turned on with apartments you share walls with. For the most part the only noise I hear is the traffic but if you’re further into the complex your shouldn’t have that problem. The windows are very drafty and thin so you can also hear through them. Lots of storage available in the apartments tho."

"My husband and I moved into an apartment on March 15th and we truly do love our home! Lisa did an amazing job getting us into our new home so quickly! When we initially moved in, we did have a small issue, but as soon as we brought it to management’s attention they took care of it quickly! We live in a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, it’s the perfect size for us. We have quiet neighbors, and the property is well taken care of. The maintenance team is incredibly nice and they are on top of any request you send in! We have only had 2 maintenance requests - one because we didn’t have a light above our oven and another because our towel rod fell down in our bathroom - both times maintenance was quick and the leasing office called us to make sure the repair was satisfactory! This is the most professional apartment complex either of us have lived at. I don’t really have anything negative to say about this complex. We thoroughly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone!"

"Do not hesitate to choose Stone Pointe Village. I lived in a renovated studio apartment my first year out of college. I enjoyed my neighbors as well as the management/employees. Any issue was taken care of asap. I felt safe as a young female. They also accommodate pets - my dog absolutely loved walking in the near by neighborhoods and visiting employees in the main office. It's close to 65 (easy to get to work). Very happy with my experience."
