"I have lived in this community for nearly 3 years now and can not recommend it enough! This has been one of the best places I've lived. The rent is well priced and the apartments are very well maintained including the landscaping. The office staff has been and is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had any kind of issues, the maintenance team were either able to come out that day or the very next. They are pet friendly. The only downside I'd say I've had with living here is that they have baseboard heading which isn't the best so electric bills will go up in the winter but by no means a dealbreaker. It's a pretty quite community and nice neighbors. Absolutely recommend to anyone!"

"I discovered these apartments because they were conveniently located near my job. I am so happy I was able to move in! The staff are incredibly friendly and maintenance is very responsive. I live in a one bedroom apartment and the size is perfect. The neighbors have been friendly and it never gets too noisy. So happy to be here!"

"I have lived here for 4 years now and it's a great place to live. It's a good location and not a long drive to get to either side of town for shopping or the movies, etc. There's a Kroger within walking distance, as well as places to eat. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. If you have any issues they are quick to address it. It's a quiet and peaceful place to live."

"I've lived at Bridgedale Terrace for almost a year and a half now (in one of the newer buildings), and I love how quiet it is. Even though we are next to train tracks, the apartments are insulated very well, so it's not loud at all. You also rarely hear your neighbors or smell their food. I love having my own washer and dryer, and water is included in your rent, which saves quite a bit of money. Thank you, Bridgedale, for giving me a nice place to call home!"

"I have lived in several apartments and I can say without a doubt that this is absolutely the best one I have ever lived in.The apartment itself is very nice. If I ever have anything to report to the office they are very considerate and attentive. If I have a maintenance problem ,when I call they are here to fix the problem sometimes the same day, and if not that day it is the very next day,The upkeep of the entire complex is above reproach. When we have a lot of snow, they are right on it. They make sure we can get out if necessary. The whole crew is so friendly and you can tell they like their job. I have lived here for 10 years and it would never enter my mind to go anywhere else. When I hear others talk about their experience in their complex I feel so Blessed that I found this one. It is certainly a treasure. I love the office staff and the maintenance guys. They let me know that no problem is to big or too small. I would 100% advise anyone looking for a great place to live, this is it. They are really good to leave notes on the door when any kind of maintenance in our apartment is going to be done. Such as changing filters or checking smoke detectors. I can't say enough about how professional the employees are. I am very, very happy and content here."
