"I absolutely love willows of country. There is always something going on in the office to really get you to know your neighbors and things like that the maintenance staff is outstanding I could put a maintenance request in at 8 o’clock in the morning and it’ll be done by noon that same day. Staff is very supportive. They are always willing to work with you. As long as you keep a good communication with them the view is outstanding my kids love watching the ducks play around the pond."

"I have been living at the Coventry Apts for just over a yr now, I do enjoy being here a lot and I have good communication with the ladies in the office and the guys in maintenance. Paying rent online just got a lot more cheap so huge plus, you rarely hear anyone above you since the apartments have vaulted ceilings, fireplaces a plus, grass keep up, allowing dogs of all breeds is a plus though sometimes you have to keep and eye out for those who don’t pick up their dogs poo but couple pics of who and the office handles it quickly and put a stop to it ($50 fine). The small gym is great and my wife enjoys it since it’s not always busy. I think the rent is fair, and this part of town is a lot nicer and safer, I believe. Short bike ride or drive for amenities, food, gas, etc. My wife and I like it here and we are in our late 30’s with 2 dogs, I’ve lived in other apartments all over the country being in the military and the Willows are in the top 2 best."

"My wife and I have lived here for about 1.5 years! Overall, we’re very happy! We picked here because it is pet friendly for our fur baby, the fireplace, and the location. The front office staff are all so nice. Anyone we’ve dealt with has been very helpful, especially Shawna and Demecia. Maintenance is very quick and efficient! Units are a bit outdated and in winter you definitely feel drafts from windows and doors, but with the firewood provided and buying some extra we are always warm. The pool and gym are functional. We love the option to rent a garage, which is helpful for storage and a place for the car in winter. Overall, would recommend!"

"I've lived here 22 years. The pond is amazing, as are the two pools. The maintenance team is responsive and performs quality work. It's a very nice community. Located 1/2 mile from Kroger and many other stores at the Village at Coventry."

"Love it here! Office staff super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few minor maintenance request and they were resolved immediately. Community is very diverse. I feel safe walking around the complex and have yet to encounter an unfriendly resident. I also love having a fireplace with free wood. My pond view is amazing. My cat loves looking out the window at the pond. I will be renewing my lease again."
