Three Rivers Luxury Apartments

"They have roaches and bedbugs, every apartment in the building is starting to get roaches… they won’t call the exterminator and get it taken care of the right way…"

"I do not give Three Rivers Apartments even one star. I do not recommend this Apartment complex. There is nothing luxurious about this complex. My daughter is renting from Three Rivers in the East building on the eleventh floor in a "renovated" three bedroom and both buildings are infested with cockroaches. The "renovated " apartment is only a quick fix of very cheap facial applications in order to reap a higher rent without any quality work. Uneven floors, ceilings and cheap drywall work. After signing the lease we found out Three Rivers has a monthly routine of roach pest control with, Billy's Bug Buster, the pest control and they have been servicing Three Rivers for years for the same problem. According to Billy himself, the problem will not resolve itself because of the garbage shoot (that is very disgusting) within the building. My daughter keeps her apartment clean and very tidy. The Apartment Lease Office and Management never disclosed this information to its leasee's upon signing when they were fully aware of the present issue. Three Rivers has broken its "Implied Habitability Warranty to its Leasee's " under Indiana Law.Three Rivers also has repeated blackouts, with no elevator service, ( which they usually only ever have one operational elevator at most times) regardless of what office staff says, the elevators are small and unreliable. No running water and or hot water due to plumbing issues last month and this month. My daughter has only been there for two months and has experienced: No electricity, and no running water and roaches all within two months! That doesn't include the multiple times the swimming pool had limited access for various reasons before it closed. The laundry room is a disgusting mess, the floor tiles are cracked and broken and very dirty. The floors throughout the building are very old, dirty and smells. There is not enough lighting in the parking garage for safety for women. This Apartment complex is a huge safety concern, the elevators are small and unreliable regardless of what office staff tries to say they are a joke. do not rent here! There are plenty of other alternative options."

"Two words. Bed bugs. I moved out about a year ago and my skin still crawls thinking about it. The amount I found and the size; they have been living in those walls for years. To call yourself a luxury apartment complex and charge upwards of $1000 in rent for studios with bed bugs in the walls in absurd."
