"Great little community. Great newly renovated building. Apartment was great. Management was responsive. Simple clean apartment look with modern kitchen. Would recommend. Garage parking is available, which was a big plus."

"I've lived here for around 6 months and it has been the worst renting experience I've ever had. They have no screens on any of the windows so if you want to get fresh air without bugs getting in or if you have children or pets that you want to keep safe good luck. They've left me with am hvac units that does not work and after 6 times of coming they refuse to give me new apartment unit that does have work air/heating (unless I'll pay around $200 more) and only offer after months to give me small portable heaters that are expensive on the electric bill or that I can temporarily stay in an air bnb ( they upkeep their air bnb so they can make the utmost money but do not care about their actual long term tenants). There was no care from management that i had to go through a heatwave and temperature dropping without a working hvac unit and was told the problem would be fixed and it was my fault that i had limited scheduling due to working from home (which was disclosed before the lease was signed) even though they had come to "fix it", 6 times without any results. As well them saying that they would not do anything to help additionally but they would no longer comply with my work schedule to maintain the unit but simply give me 24hr notice and come as they please which causes me to have to move my desktop and desk to work from a family members home causing me to have to relocate while still paying for unit that is not habitable. Outside of that you will have no guest parking and have to pay if you want to park at your own home. The apartment is filthy , dog poop and mysterious liquids spilled in hallways and on stair cases that do not get cleaned up for months. My experience with this, lack of accountability from management, and unsafe environment around the apartment I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone unless you are out of options. Moving here has been a nightmare that I do not wish on anyone."

"Mackenzie was a great during our moving process. We toured the units and she was very accommodating! Unfortunately, we were unable to Ft. Wayne because of a better working opportunity in Michigan. If we ever end up in Ft. Wayne, Fairfield Flats are definitely at the top our our list. The units here are affordable, spacious, and in a good location. Highly recommend!"

"Newly renovated and under new ownership These apartments feature laundry facilities, private underground parking, and 24 hr video survellience. Large, bright lobby too Toured the space in January and was impressed with all of the updates and improvements here with more updates to come."
