West Wind Apartments

"The apartment constantly smells like weed and cigarettes. One of the renters sqauts outside the door and smoke about 2-3 cigarettes at a time. The outside of our apartment is his literal ash tray. You call and complain and get told basically nothing they can do. They can post a letter on the door about the smoking policy. I literally cleaned all my walls and had to sit in my coat with all windows open to reduce the weed smell. Once this lease is up I am out, would not recommend."

"The staff in the office are always nice, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. I love my apartment. I work from home and the internet works great. I love my apartment!"

"I will never rent here again just for starters the apartment buildings smell like cigarettes and weed, there’s in woman in the 2307 building that let’s her dog run at you and bark all the time and the leasing office lets it happen, and there are ants everywhere no matter how much you clean your apartment they are there and they aren’t paying the $950 for rent. I rented a 1 bed 1 bath and paid $950 a month for basically nothing laundry was always hogged by 1 person you could never do laundry because of them and leasing never did anything about it. Also, you have to have a pool pass and key, but they don’t give it to you when you sign your lease you have to ask for it. Also, I can never park even remotely close to my apartment because there’s a person in my building who invites a bunch of people over and they take up all the parking. The last thing is that I got blamed for something I didn’t do and the woman who complained about it made it hell for me to live here and leasing wouldn’t do anything. Good-luck if you rent here the rent is high and you don’t get anything good out of it."

"Anna was wonderful to work with. Got me into my 1 bedroom in a matter of days. Apartment was clean save a few minor problems (some small paint stains on a wall and broken corner moldings) No issues otherwise. Loving it here so far!"

"Westwind’s staff and maintenance is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I love that the water and gas heating is included and all I pay for utilities is electric. Westwind has provided me stability and allowed me to save up a lot of money as a single mom. I love that I was allowed to paint my apartment and put up shelving and a stick-on backsplash to make it my own! The pool and laundry facilities are very nice and clean in my building. I love living on the third floor and being able to see all the trees in the summer and fall. There are cops here pretty frequently so my only complaint would be my neighbors who are up parting and being loud across the parking lot. And a guy who talks super loudly and smokes too closely to the building. I still love it here though. I still feel safe here though. Just don’t get into any trouble!!"
