"This is the condition of the home that Eric allowed us to rent. The bathroom upstairs flooded the kitchen and the ceiling came down. The roof is leaking into the dinning room. He told us there was minor issues like needing new paint and such. None of this is minor. We are in the process of trying to move out and he decided to such off all the utilities while we are living there with our children. He wants us to pay rent even though the first 2 weeks we couldn’t even stay there. He is a horrible landlord. He doesn’t care how the home looks as long as he receives his money. Do not rent from them!"

"Management seemed responsive when showing the apartment and signing the lease, but after that his communication was poor. Maintenance requests were answered sporadically, and anything that was in need of repair before I moved in was never addressed. My unit itself was in good shape inside, but the roof over the porch of the house I lived in was caving in and had pieces falling off all throughout the 2 years I lived there. The porch was also in need of repair (because of water leaking from the roof), and it was only fixed when it collapsed and couldn't be used at all. The cherry on top of all this was that my security deposit was never refunded, even after several requests, and it's been 8 months since I moved out. Summary: Management's communication is awful, and no security deposit refund."

"Cool-looking apartments although bats come in every now and then. Totally unprofessional service. Never answer email, or maintenance request. Took 3 months to refund deposit instead of 45 days as promised. Zero star would be little bit harsh but 1 star is way too generous."
