"In regards to responding to service request, the team is very responsive and react in a timely manner. In the 10 month's that we've lived on property, this has left me questioning the management of the property. I'm very disappointed with the storm debris left after the recent storm that tore through this part of Fort Wayne. It's now 10 days past and we still have branches, limbs and leaf debris still not cleaned up. For the amount of rent being charged, I shouldn't have to rake piles of storm debris and hope that it will get cleaned up. If the maintenance crew is responsible, they've dropped the ball!! In a recent conversation, a member of the crew indicated; they either didn't have the correct tools/time to complete the clean-up properly. The lawn care crew was unable to mow because, "We're not here to do storm clean-up, this will tear up the blades". Not sure if the lawn will get cut this week either. I've spoken with the property manager, who dismissed the fact that the lawn crew was unable to complete mowing behind rental office. And actually seemed okay that there are parts of the property that are not being cared for. Not sure if she realizes, this reflects on her manager skills, as well as Redwood properties. Perhaps, they should've found or hired a storm clean-up service."
