"I lived here for 11 months almost made the year mark, Rats, Roaches and Mice. Couldn't deal with them. When rat crawled up bed post and ran down my back That was it! Couldn't Take It No More! Talk about Senior Citizens ~ People selling dope in another apartment all times of night. Loud music ~ Kids Living There, and Management Knew It! Come On Now!! Board of Health told me when someone moves in the place that I left to let them know. Got pictures of rats as proof! Ex also moved in another apartment there and recently died before his lease was over. Management had the nerve to send $935.00 Balance Due. Was told that it was from, Corporate Office, CS Management, in Lakewood, NJ. Pray that they can get the money from the deceased at the cemetery. God Don't Like Ugly!!"

"I love Atrium Village, Staff in front office are courteous and always nice!! Maintenance is always fast to fix things. The Security Officer's they have patrol the property are courteous, professional, and always willing to help!! I don't have to worry about my Grandma living here!! THANKS!!"
