"A grossly unprofessional complex team. They bait and switch prices to say the least. THEY reached out to confirm my showing at 8pm night prior, I get there 12 hours later at 8am and told the unit is no longer available. Then tried to bait and switch me to another unit at a higher price (on a floor I would never live on). Grossly unprofessional to waste 2 hours of someone’s time."

"My buddy lives in building 13303 and the couple in apartment 307 have been screaming at eachother so loudly we can hear it from the first floor. We only found out it was them because the woman came out to her balcony and was screaming to us to call 911, while we walked our dog. This happens every night. Police have been called numerous times. Please do something about this."

"The best place to live in Fishers, Indiana. Everything about this place says high quality. There are other apartments for the same price t/o Indianapolis, but none reach the standard that are met here. This is my second apartment rental in Indiana and the first was a total waste of money. Never renewed my lease and found this place. Happy!"

"It's very quiet and cozy. The apartments are very stylish and pretty looking. They could probably use a little update, but are still nice. It's definitely not close to restaurants, shopping, or anything really, but the silence is worth it. I am enjoying my time here. The staff is so friendly and helpful."
