"Really enjoyed living here. Maria, the property manager, and Shaun do a really good job managing everything up front. Jeff, the head of maintenance, is a great guy and excels at his job. There are frequent events thrown by Slate or partners with food/drinks and fun. Everyone that works here is friendly and welcoming. Would recommend living here if you are looking for a “house” feel but don’t want to deal with extra upkeep of a house (landscaping, maintenance), or aren’t in the position to buy."
