I sign my lease November 21st,2023 when I first saw Beech Grove Station located 240 Buckley Dr. Beech Grove Ind I said Lord I want to live in those .when Nick and I went to walk the Unit I just fail in love with my New Home Thank you Nick so much for Everything. "I am revising my initial review. The manager of Beech Grove station called me today and was very kind in reaching out to me. She explained to me the number of hats that she wears and all the responsibilities she has and she said that she is the only person in the office. My husband and I will more than likely be making an appointment and going back there and learning more about Beech Grove station. I appreciate her taking your time to call me and explain all the hats that she wears and that she is the only person in the office."

"Nice newer apartments. Surprisingly they had gas stoves, not a fan of especially in that kind of setting. I did have issues over their prices, everytime I would check them out they were raised. They had a chart on the website showing that I would qualify for low income housing there but when talking to the leasing agent she informed me I didn't qualify. The website makes the rooms look bigger so I was a little disappointed when I actually saw one. The bathrooms were nice, big and handicapped accessible grab bars and all. The storage room was a really nice bonus. Plus they do have a one car attached garage and are all one level. Nice small clean community located next to both the fire department and police department. The prices are gas stoves were my main disappointments."

"The manager was so sweet and nice. Dana was knowledgeable and helped me step by step through the application process. She was so respectful towards me and sometime seniors are made to feel like the don't matter or should be discarded, it was nice to see a young lady have so much respect for a person she didn't even know. The residents I met the day I came in talked so highly of Dana and the community and all she does for it. Who wouldn't want to live here! I know I can't wait."
