"All of the previous reviews are extremely true. If I could give no stars, I would! Please find another doctor. Dr. Shakir is rude and disrespectful of others time. No consideration for our questions. There were many things that we let slip by. The last straw came when we were told to make an appointment for Saturday the 30th at 2:30. We walked in and the office was pitch black. No one was there. We receive not one courtesy call letting us know of the change. If you cannot find another doctor, please hold her accountable. No one should have to be subject to this treatment."

"My children and I had the worse experience ever last wreck for their first and LAST appointment. First, they charged me $1/paper mask needed to be in the office. Secondly, the doctor walked in and stated she could not see my children bc they were not vaccinated, a right we have. This was after we filled out all the paperwork, waited an hour, and the children were weighed and had started the process to be seen. After going back and forth about this appointment being for school physicals, she obliged and decided to conduct the visit. My oldest was sitting on the floor bc there weren’t enough seats, she told her she needed to get up bc she wasn’t comfortable not seeing her face, mind you my daughter is 14, absolutely no threat! The she told my daughter to get off her phone bc it’s inconsiderate!!! I chimed in that it was a pastime and nowhere on the walls was it noted that cellphones weren’t allowed during visits. While examining my 8 year old son, she insinuated that he needed further checking by a doctor bc he is too short for his age, and it was concerning to her! Absolutely unprofessional to say in front of my son who has no issues with being short, but now had questions after she said what she said. She was extremely rude, condescending, and the office is NASTY, not welcoming, and should be shut down for multiple reasons!!!"

"My children were Shakir's patients for years!!! If she was unavailable when my kids had a MINOR illness she would tell us to take them to the ER. Like a dummy, I DID!! Wait times were horrendous!!! Usually, 2-3hours. Office was dirty!! Zero bedside manners. FINALLY, I worked up the nerve to leave!!! SO glad we did!!! Now I am just left with the guilt of putting my kiddos through this for 15+ years...... STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DR!!!"

"Terrible practice. As a healthcare professional I understand the business a little. Go find an other clinician for your child. From reception all the way to the provider Zero star care. Loud TV in the reception so that you can’t hear the reception. Oh yes but mask that is oversized for your child for a Dollar make sure to bring change. I think that’s doctors husband, standing in the reception and looking at you as if you are here to steal something."

"Absolutely terrible service. Very slow and disorganized.Every single time, 2-4 hour wait times. Please be prepared to spend hours there with a sick child. Paperwork is often misplaced. Billing issues and concerns and terrible service from the doctor. She often forgets she has given a child immunizations. Please keep your own records for the safety of your child. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Please DO NOT TRUST this doctor with your children. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
