"We took our son to see Danielle Kowach, LCSW. The first session was fine, however we booked the next session at the end of our session for the following week. When I texted her to confirm our appointment for that day, she claimed it was for the next day. I informed her that's not what we agreed on and the following day did not work for us. Instead of her admitting that she made the mistake and trying to accommodate us, she offered another appointment three weeks later. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Would not recommend."
