"place was clean and quick but way too many miscommunications. front desk lady states YOU HAVE TO SIT IN THERE through the entire process but when I actually go to leave out the nurse stated I did not have to, they would have simply juss called me. After I have rearranged my day to sit in this facility. My grandmother also stated her appointment was told to her to be at 11:15 but when she got there they said her appointment was not until 12, please work on the communication"

"I have had procedures at this facility multiple times with no problem. My procedure last Friday was horrible. It was a late afternoon appointment and the staff made it clear that they were pushing ahead of schedule and the doctor was going fast. There was a problem with my IV. The sedation did not work and I felt everything. It was a very painful and traumatic experience."

"I had a scope her and the staff from the front desk to the discharge nurse were wonderful. They were all very welcoming and had a calm presence. They each talked with me during our encounter and did not just treat me like another patient. Even in the procedure room the two nurses had me laughing before I was sedated. I also have never in my many surgeries/procedures not had an IV stick hurt. It’s just an expected part of any procedure. But RN Anna put one in my arm and I barely felt it! Thanks so much for making a mentally uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible. You all and Dr MacDonnel rock!!"
