"I had a phone conversation with a person named "Jade" at 1100 on Jan 17 affirming that I had an appointment at 1400 same date. I arrived early and at 1359 the door was locked. Not cool. Had a phone call from Jade at 1430 or so, saying that the person on the desk "had to step away". Oops. The time and date had been confirmed and the door was locked. Unless the person on the desk duty had a "dire emergency" there is NO Excuse for the door to be locked preciously at 1400/ 2 PM when an appointment was scheduled. Very much NOT COOL. You get ONE opportunity to make a first impression and this place blew it big time."
