"So I was there twice S/O to Craig my physical therapy trainer the first time I was there. That first experience was great. The lady that was at the front desk really did her job. She was coming and asking about future appointments and made sure that you wouldn't get behind on payments. She was definitely doing her job. Fast forward to my second stint there not so much the same. There was a new front desk lady. Long story short I got behind on my payments and wasn't told about it until the balance was super high. Front desk lady I feel like wasn't doing her job. She was more focused on helping the trainers more than doing her job. Also I was told twice that my athletic trainer was going to call and check up on me but that was a lie. She never did. If you say your going to something i expect them to do that. To me that is fake and it says alot about that person and who she really is. Another thing Brandon basically wanted me to keep digging the whole that I was in and really never was trying to help me . I spoke with my Dr and he said that he has heard similar issues that was dealing with as far as the front desk lady not doing her job. Also I noticed some other things aswell with my trainer. She wasn't really paying attention to me vs when I would go with Brandon and do some things he would tell me I'm doing it wrong. Overall east Washington athletico the second time was not a good experience. And if they don't fix these issues I would not recommend going there. I really thought they cared about people that they dealt with in there but they don't."
