"I went here on Friday. The guy was supposed to send a script for sulfa based antibiotics to meijer on Broadway. I've been called twice now saying people have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm diabetic I've had the issue for over 2 weeks had antibiotics once already and I'm scared ill end up in the er because of someone not doing their job. Their system is terrible, as you can't talk to the actual people who help you but a call center."

"The two clinicians were unable to adequately diagnose me and referred me elsewhere. I suggested I had Shingles and it was confirmed. I was told they would not bill my insurance and they did. They were nice. However, dishonest and ill prepared."

"Awful experience. My fiance came here and was diagnosed, and provides with a prescription for antibiotics. She had intense side effects that caused the pharmacist to instruct her to stop taking the medication and contact the doctor she saw immediately as she believed there could be something very dangerous happening. I called the office and they took our information, promising to get it sent out to the NP as high priority and that they would call within 30 minutes. That call never came. Behavior like that is irresponsible and negligent. Her condition is worsening and we will probably be visiting the ER. If you value you're long term health, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else."

"Have been sick with nasal issues and sore throat. When I arrived, I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the current patient to finish. NP Mildred Zinzombe was thorough and very personable. Treated me very well and got me the antibiotics to help. I did read the previous reviews and did not have the same experience. I guess it depends on who is working and the time of day. I went at 3pm. Would definitely go back."
