"Dr. Ermitano is a good doctor. However, the time spent waiting is totally unacceptable and can be deemed as unprofessional. Regardless, how great you are of a doctor waiting an hour and thirty-five minutes is not being considerate to the patients. This was the longest I have had to wait, but everytime there is a WAIT. Her office staff and personnel are amazing and I sympathize with them having to accommodate her tardiness. Aside from the wait she has been great with my child and renders good care and concern. If the wait times is addressed I would rate her a 4.5."

"Dr. Ermatano and her staff are absolutely amazing. Hands down the best doctor I have ever been to, no matter the specialty. She is respectful, listens very well, and has incredible knowledge which she uses to help her patients. She truly cares and works very hard to make sure her patients get the best care possible! I gladly drive 45 minutes each way to get my weekly shots and appointments when needed."

"The doctor and nurses were great and very helpful. However the front desk should really stop talking to people so rudely. I went to go make my payment and the machine wasn't working properly and she implied multiple times my card was declined. She then stated we could use a different machine but doubted it would work because their machine worked perfectly all day. We went to another machine and it worked perfectly. Stop assuming things."

"Dr. Ermitano and all of her staff are wonderful! They make you feel comfortable and truly care about each patient. I’m allergic to almost everything I love, dogs, cats and anything outdoors. Since getting these shots I have been able to enjoy all of these things without being miserable. Thank you for helping me get control of my allergies! Definitely recommend Dr. Ermitano!"

"I have debilitating allergies and finding this office has helped me immensely. This is a small practice with an experienced staff of caring and competent professionals. The shot nurse is so gentle I can barely tell I'm getting pricked with a needle. The receptionist is very helpful with scheduling and signing me up for the patient portal. The doctor is very aware of my various conditions and how they interact with my asthma and allergies. She spent ample time with me and I felt heard by her and like she really focused on my care on an individual level. And based on the doctor's interactions with her staff, she really seems to value them and they all work together seemlessly because of this mutual respect. They also have extensive allergy shot clinic hours that make it convenient for me to get there. I know medical care often involves a lot of red tape and hoops to jump through and waiting, and Geist Allergy has made the process of being well as smooth as possible. Thank you."
