"Dr. Razi is not advocating for her patients - she has her own agenda and if the patient dares to advocate for themselves she becomes destructive! Have had a back injury that has become increasingly worse. X-ray was inconclusive on L4 and L5. She insisted I do Physical therapy prior to ordering an MRI. I was uncomfortable with that decision since injury had not been ruled out. In the physician authorization for the MRI she was sure to word that “patient refused physical therapy from physician” but never mentioned inconclusive x-ray. Authorization was denied. She immediately canceled MRI and told them she would not be participating the the peer-to-peer appeal. She was just butt-hurt that I dared to have an opinion about my own care! No thank you!!!!"
"I’m not going to put a name because I don’t want anyone to lose their job. Front desk staff is great. Doctors are great. The lady who checks my blood pressure and weight is inappropriate and makes me feel uncomfortable. Last visit she thought it was appropriate to tell me her dogs ate her sexy underwear. I’m trying not to puke I don’t want to hear that. Then she makes me take my hoodie all the way off for my BP. I had no shirt on and she was just too googly eyed. It’s not professional. I let it go, go in for another visit and she checks me in again. This time I’m about to hop on the scale and she belches extremely loud and I have to essentially stand in her gas while I’m being weighed. I’m not going to say a name but the people that hold this position at this location need additional training. If this were a male treating a female patient like this the situation would be taken very seriously, as should this!!!!!! I borderline don’t want to go back because I don’t want to deal with her. Patients shouldn’t feel this way."
