"Think twice before you establish PT care at this facility. I have tight calf muscles that have lead to excruciating feet pain which led me to seek the PT. My doc wrote the script, I called ortho Indy and they kindly advised that my insurance doesn't cover the PT but that each visit would be $199 out of pocket for 6 weeks, so I agreed to the care and went in. My PT tech was kind, skilled and professional but after 3 visits it was clear I could do this on my own. However, weeks later I was astonished, shocked to see a bill for $589, with no explanation whatsoever. Unbelievable."

"I have had physical therapy a lot of times and this by far is the worst evaluation I have ever had done. The therapist started 10 minutes late and typed away. She hardly had me do anything to evaluate my pain. She had me do a few exercises without telling what she thought was causing my pain while she ran back to her computer and typed away again. She was too busy typing to actually watch to see if I was doing the exercises correctly. Then hooked me up to a tens machine for 20 minutes so she could type some more. I knew when I was leaving I wasn’t coming back and so upset about having my time wasted."
