"I have been going to St Vincent for 21 years. Most of my experiences have been positive. On my last visit, I got there 30 minutes early. I was taken back after 5 minutes if that. It was my annual physical. I had several questions. Most of which were answered. Even though I was early and seen right away. I still felt rushed. 3 of my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. ( had to drive an hour one way to get them) I had to call in a week later to get other scripts renewed ( no idea why this wasn't done after my physical) Only 1 of my 2 were called in & another was not written correctly. Not sure why, but there seems to be a high turnover at St. Vincent Assention."

"If I could give Dr. Ostwoski 0 stars for this interaction, I would. She was extremely robotic in her responses and treated me like i was an inconvenience. This was a New Patient appt which only last 15mins which I feel is completely unacceptable. Lastly, she did not have the decency to provide recommended materials herself, rather she peeked in and handed them to her LPN for him to give to me. I would NOT recommend her for anyone unless you want to feel like a total inconvenience."

"I had my yearly physical on Tuesday 10/23/23. When I was doing my physical my Doctor was mad that I hadn't got my blood work done, or fasted so I could get my blood work done. The problem I didn't receive the email about fasting and doing my blood work until Monday 10/22/23 on my patient portal. Meaning I didn't get notified until the day before my appointment. I honestly hadn't had the time to check that email. You do know that we do have families and lives to take care of. Some advances notice would have been appreciated on task like that. So we can plan ahead."
