"First and last time going here. The doctor didn't listen to my needs at all and gave me her opinion on my health. I asked for help with losing weight and she advised me of her opinion instead of actually helping and then turned around and told me based off pervious health issues I really need to figure out how to loss weight so it doesn't get worse. Smh I will go back to this doctor office."

"Rude nurses and staff who refuse to listen (constantly interrupt) or actually heal. Expect to pay for a new client form every year even if you've been with them for 38years. Its all about the money not healing. Also, good luck getting YOUR records they wont give them to you no matter how many forms you fill out. Money scam and under-educated staff."

"Very uncooperative, took them 4 years to even think of doing labs because im “to young to have problems” and whenever my mom whose a nurse demanded it every year, they finally did and found out that im been suffering from a thyroid problem. I also have filled out the form that my mom can get my lab results and my mom would be the one calling me at least 3 times because my phones mic is broke. They have lost that form as soon as i give it to them and they never put it in the system so nobody gets my lab results."

"On 13th Dec I visited Dr. Taraland at 116th st for physical. I was ordered lab test. It's been more than 3 weeks , I have been calling them for my results and left several messages for nurse, nobody returned the call. Finally I got hold of the nurse on 3rd Dec, I told her I had left several messages for my lab test results, she said we have received then ,but the Dr has not yet looked at the results. I also wanted an XRay order to be sent to other facility since they don't have XRay machine, this has not been sent either. I am in so much pain and need XRay very badly. This is horrible experience, it you can' t contact your patient about there own results and requests. I want the manager or superior of Community Health Network to look into this matter and contact me."

"It was difficult to get an appointment but given their busyness and my non-urgent need of a routine physical, this was okay. If you drive to this office, park up on the third floor of the parking garage since that is where the office is located. I mention because the signage is a bit confusing. Overall, the front desk staff were kind and helpful, the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and chatty, and the physician I saw was thorough and patient. I feel satisfied with my visit and will continue to come back as needed."
