"I came here with my husband and was treated very poorly. I want to say they are very racist against white women being with Latinos . They made me leave the building and allowed multiple families go in but everyone was Latin . I was the only white female in the building and was told I was not allowed in with my husband."

"It's a scam, plus they make you pay a lot for a TB test, to get the result you pay again. Everywhere I go to the Hospital they send you the results, here you must return. And you are asked, without any notice to pay for the result, that you must see a doctor. Don't go there!"

"I am supposedly a “VIP” program member and paid Alivio directly for some lab work to be done. I then got multiple bills from that same lab stating that I still owed the full balance. I took the bills to Alivio to ask them to fix it- they took copies of my bills and printed off a copy of my payment in their system- gave both to the office manager who they said would take care of it. Three months later I get a final notice from the lab that if I don’t pay the bill they will send my account to collections. I ended up having to double pay both Alivio and the lab just so my credit wouldn’t get hurt. Any time I called I just got transferred multiple times and left voicemails that never got a call back. Will never go back."

"Horrible service they took my money to fill out some forms, it’s been 5 days and they have yet to fax the forms to my job I called to ask them whether they needed to be picked up and was diverted into a 30 minute hold after which I realized they simply do not care whether they help me or not only that they have received payment. Do not go here visit the other Branch instead maybe they will care enough to help you."

"There is no reason for having an appointment because they don't call you by the appointment time, but more like "first come, first serve." We showed up before the appointment and let the receptionist know, checked in. After waiting 25 minutes after our appointment time, we had to ask them when would we be seen. After about 10 minutes, we were called. I stayed in the waiting room. Another person said that they had a 1:30 appointment time, too. I told them to go tell the receptionist. At 2:35 PM, the other person had to ask the receptionist if they were still next for their 1:30 appointment. Wow! Other people have been seen since he asked to see what was going on. He was seen at 2:40. SMH."
