"This review is not reflective of Brian who truly helped me make progress in 10 sessions over 4 months. But this company cannot be trusted. I was receiving therapy through my employer with an assistance program. This location repeatedly charged me instead and contacting their billing department is impossible. I spent a combined 30+ hours on hold, one time for 6 hours. When I could get a hold of someone, they’d say they’d put a note in the system but then next week I was getting charged AGAIN and still had the old charges. Sending messages to their online system must go nowhere. Ultimately I canceled my appointments because I couldn’t risk being on the hook for payments and dealing with their billing department."
