"Dr. Bush is one of the rudest physician I have ever met. She came in the room with her mind made up on how to treat my condition and seemed annoyed by me expressing my concerns to her treatment plan and insinuating that she was a much better doctor than my last doctor and I would need to repeat a procedure that didn't work the first time before she would even consider helping me and told me we would wait on records but I was able to pull the records up on mychart thru my phone (again annoyed) and she seemed confused by what she was reading and acted like those records wasn't good enough and insisted on me scheduling for the procedure that I stated I didn't want to only to get money as the first procedure didn't work so the 2nd procedure just doesn't seem that cost effective, wouldn't you say?"
"If you are a chronic pain patient transitioning care from another physician and/or from out of state, avoid Dr. Bush at all costs. She’s rude, has horrible bedside manner, will not listen to you, and treat you like a drug addict. I was with an excellent pain management specialist in NYC for five years before moving to Indiana and she had no interest in looking at the records I had brought with me, no interest in reviewing the medications I have been taking for five years without incident, abuse, or diversion, and may as well have accused me of drug-seeking behavior when I was looking for continuation of care, despite my saying that I wanted to redo testing and try physical therapy again. A pain management doctor who is willing to allow her patients to suffer unnecessarily should be avoided at all costs. I am an attorney and did my legal research on the prescription of controlled substances in Indiana, and Dr. Bush lied to my face. Do not go to this doctor if you are already an established chronic pain patient with years of records and responsible use of medication. She will not listen to you, not care about you potentially having to going through withdrawal, and will treat you like a drug addict when you’re merely trying to continue a medication you’ve been taking responsibly for years."
"Dr.Bush, was very attentive to my needs for my pain! The 2 procedures that I had for my back pain, did help! Now the pain is back! I had the hardest time with your business office trying to make me pay twice! This went on for several months! Not professional!"
"My mother has been going to this demented doctor for over 10 years and her pain is not controlled. This doctor is rude, unprofessional, and has bullied my mother into thinking no other pain doctor will help her. Dr. Bush treats my mother so bad, she’s condescending, belittling and just nasty! I’ve begged my mom to find a new doctor, but she’s concerned about the lies she thinks Dr Bush has put into her records. I hope you enjoy terrorizing the senior community Dr. Bush, just keep in mind everyone gets older, even you!"
"Dr. Bush accomplished, it's pleasing to see that..., I've not had opportunities to get treatment from anyone else who does what she does there..so I have no personal experience otherwise.. However: she's arrogant and abrasive in verbal interactions.. I hope to have an interview with the supervisor as well as my referring doctor.. I come there to get health issues resolved... Chronic pain affects not only physical health..it also affects mental and emotional stamina... The whole man must be treated with compassion, patience and understanding.. I know this first hand..my heath issue isn't a game...this is not a game!! No...not at all pleased with her interactions with me at all...not at all"
