"Terrible place, currently on the 7th floor and the people working here were terrible, for the people that have been working here for years I applaud you but it’s the new people that I’m complaining about. The new people that are working here have little to no training what so ever, as a patient I had to show one of the workers how to take vitals, because she put the blood pressure cuff on me wrong, it seems as though they are letting the trainers do their own thing without proper training and shadowing, this is a extreme danger to the well being of patients here. This place is not a place to go if you are seeking medical care, I am extremely angry on how they are treating people here on the 7th floor at the Indianapolis va medical center, next time I’m going to community health or Eskenazi next time"

"This VA hospital and the clinics in Indiana are the Absolute worst If you have something wrong and it's been Documented that it needs to be fixed ASAP they Always drop the ball!!They don't care even tho the MRI WAS DONE 2 WEEKS AGO IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS JUST TO GET IN FOR A CONSULT WITH THE Orthopedic department they won't let my husband go anywhere else to get treatment!! THE POINT IS THEY JUST DONT CARE!!"

"Very slow process they draw blood and leave it in the room for the entire visit never sent to the lab. Not really friendly staff here visiting the ER after my husband fell we had caught video of his Falling off the front porch with our door camera and showed it to the nurse so the can understand what happened and we just got laughed at"

I just had to take time out to give a special shout out to a individuals who provide exceptional bed side manners and that is Nurse Ramsey who always smile and brighten up my day. Ms. K. Liddy who is just a sweetheart and bends over backwards for the Vets and finally Dr. L. Reese is wonderful to talk too, excellent bed side manners and probably one of the best doctors in the U. S.
