"I went in for a job interview and it was horrible! They had me fill out a huge packet and then a guy comes out looks at me says something to a lady looks at me again and walks off. He calls my name I got up followed him smiled and said hello. I could barely get hello out before he very rudely said you will learn about me I tell it like it is the jobs isn't available good bye! RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I don't care the job was gone that's life but his attitude and demeanor were horrible! I would never EVER recommend this place."

"Went for a interview here twice . the first time i was scheduled for a interview but no one was there to interview me . i call back about a week later and they had "lost" my application. She did eventually reschedule me for another interview after the mixup . i had to redo my application and was interviewed on the spot . i got offered a postion and they ran my background and took me documents and told me to wait for HR to contact me . no response for close to a week i had been calling and leaving messages n. Once i finally got a hold of the HR person after leaving emails and phone messages i was told they went with another candidate . ive had plenty of interviews and never gave my documents if i was not hired. They had already run my background so that was not the issue. Unprofessional and a waste of my time . i have over 10 years of experience so i know i am qualified for the position"

"staff does NOT treat you like family so whoever said that, lied and it’s probably one of their workers. they treat my grandma horribly in here and ignore her for hours when she NEEDS HELP. This building is absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down completely. workers need to lose their license here. i will be reporting them to corporate & the health department."

"Some of the staff here are rude and very unprofessional. I have observed an aid on her cell phoñewhen she is to deliver meals. About the food it's terrible unless you like food that has to much seasoning or non at all. I admit there are some staff that are genuinely passionsate about their patients, they give you advice to make your recovery so much better and you'll heal much sooner."

"Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Don't like being lied to for one thing. Every time you call there is no answer and if your lucky enough to get someone to answer they put you on hold and no one ever comes back to the phone. VM box has always been full. How do you forget to serve someone lunch or dinner!! How do you leave someone in a wheelchair for hours and they have no way to get to a call button. Never have enough supplies, enough workers, and nothing seems to work, from fax machines to getting the sink in bathrooms fixed. Very unsanitary. I could say more but I may be directed to do it another way."
